Cristiano Cacciamani

Born in 1970 and raised in Jesi, he began cooking at the age of 15. After his early experiences learning the flavors of the region, he then skilfully embellished them into more sophisticated dishes over time.

He arrived at the Raffaello Hotel in 2021 and helped transform the in-house restaurant into MOOKA RISTORANTE, creating delectable a la carte menus based on seasonality as well as refined ideas for events and banquets.

His best dishes are the "Zucchini coated brill with Pantelleria capers and confit cherry tomatoes," but we also recommend the "Scallops on zucchini cream with crispy bacon and 'paccasassi".
